Humility is a multi – faceted character trait that allows us to connect with and mobilize others. It is the result of a combination of six crucial character traits:
An honest evaluation of our own abilities,
The capacity to recognize mistakes we make,
An openness to ideas, even if they contradict our beliefs,
the ability to see achievements from a big-picture perspective,
an avoidance of being self-centered,
and finally, an awareness of the ways we can make contribution of value are the necessary conditions for humility.
